[FIXED][1328.4] Unable to auto engage submarines

In a sea control, ASW patrol or via Auto Engage Target command, ASW weapons will not automatically deploy against hostile submarines when detected. Weapons must be launched manually. (See scenario #1)

I found that ASW weapons will only launch automatically on hostile submarines if a surface vessel is also detected. (See Scenario #2)

Confirmed. I have tried all combinations of auto engagements and I can't get any sub to fire at another sub.
