Is there a way to change the toolbar location?

Is there a way to change the toolbar location?

As a first time player, I just picked up a few WDS games aswell as Campaign Series Vietnam, and I'm finding myself moving between the games frequently, as I am not ready to commit to the larger scenarios yet. I'm having a blast so far with Vietnam but is there a way to change the toolbar location? It's not that I don't like it but it just throws me off a little with the WDS games having it up top and this game having it at the bottom.

Alas, no. The toolbar is relegated to the lower portion of the screen for Campaign Series games.
