waiting for a replacement disk

Post by kevin42635 »

Still waiting for a replacement disk for Desert Fox! I order the Mega Campaign - Desert Fox 1941 on 03-27-2001 and got it on 06-22-2001 but had a defective disk (“You got a defective disk, we will send a new one when the new batch comes in. PaulVebber 27-Jun-2001&#8221 ;). On 07-08-2001 I used the help desk on the status of shipment (“Hi Kevin
Please send an email with all your billing and shipping info to sales@matrixgames.com and include reference # ********** thank you DanielHeath 09-Jul-2001&#8221 ;) so I emailed shipping info. Now I get no reply from the help desk about the shipment date and I have emailed sales@matrixgames.com but get no reply. Has anybody received a replacement disk?

Recieved an email from David Heath I do believe asking for me to email him info, I did so over 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a reply (patiently I might add. :D  )
