Adding datalinks

Good day. I am attempting to add a missile (SAM) system to a "commercial" cargo ship to facilitate a new version of the WW2 "raiders"
Ragnar had once posted a list of the dbids for comms/datalinks but I can no longer find it. Is that ability still part of the game?

They now in the editor in the right hand unit display under the comms button.
