[NO REPRO] American Torpedoes Nerfed??? 1328.6

Just updated to 1328.6 and I've noticed that American air launched torpedoes seem to do very little damage on Russian subs. I'm talking between 0.1% to 0.4% per hit. I have tried Mk54 LHT (even HAAWC) and Mk50's. British Stingray Mod 1 seems to be fine and can take out a sub in one hit. Whether it is an SSK or an SSN. American torpedoes seemed to work just fine in 1328.5.
