I am more than a beginner but I don't consider myself an intermediate player yet.

I have played one game with an opponent so far.

Prefer Allies but will play either side.

I heard about this game from a friend of mine by the way. According to him, you should play it once and you won't stop. When I have free time, I'll give it a try.
