Is there any way to set up a 'no fly zone'?

I have system with "Mortalen AI" living inside it and the monster battleship continues to murder my privately owned ships. It's a nonstop barrage of mining ships committing suicide.

(or maybe I shouldn't complain because they pay me to build more ships to replace these?)

Hey! From what you describe seems like the civilian ships aren't registering a threat near the target. This seems like a behavior issue. Do you mind uploading a save here, please?
