It really just depends on what is floating in my mind.

But here is a fleeting glimpse of things sunny and bright, who knows what tomorrow will bring?

I could post some pictures of birds ( ;) ) but that might get me banned. How about some flowers? At least until I get my portable hard drive hooked back up.

Good afternoon folks.

It was a pretty day, it was hot, the sun was shining, all was well in the world. Then the phone rang and when I answered it there was complete silence, but I could faintly hear a panting, a breath, a bit of laughter in my ear. The birds flew away, the flowers wilted, the blades of grass, withered, then the puffy white and beautiful clouds turned a darker grey, the wind was chilly.

So I hung up my phone and went outside. Much to my surprise the sun had faded away, it was night and my neighbors were no where in sight.

What was happening?

Why this shift in the atmosphere?

I could almost sense my fear oozing out of my pores, my heart stuttered, my breath shorten and then in the distance the hallowed halls that once entombed my soul broke open. There was screaming, gnashing of teeth, bones scrapping, and blood curling sounds of horror behind imagination. Oh, God please save me!

Hi all,

Sleeping Satellite
Tasmin Archer

I blame you for the moonlit sky
And the dream that died
With the eagles' flights
I blame you for the moonlit nights
When I wonder why
Are the seas still dry
Don't blame this sleeping satellite

Did we fly to the moon too soon?
Did we squander the chance?
In the rush of the race
The reason we chase is lost in romance
And still we try
To justify the waste
For a taste of man's greatest adventure

I blame you for the moonlit sky
And the dream that died
With the eagles' flights
I blame you for the moonlit nights
When I wonder why
Are the seas still dry
Don't blame this sleeping satellite

Have we got what it takes to advance?
Have we peaked too soon?
If the world is so great
Then why does it scream under a blue moon?
We wonder why
If the earth's sacrificed
For the price of its greatest treasure

I blame you for the moonlit sky
And the dream that died
With the eagles' flights
I blame you for the moonlit nights
When I wonder why
Are the seas still dry
Don't blame this sleeping satellite

And when we shoot for the stars
What a giant step
Have we got what it takes
To carry the weight of this concept?
Or pass it by
Like a shot in the dark
Miss the mark with a sense of adventure

I blame you sleeping satellite

I blame you for the moonlit sky
And the dream that died
With the eagles' flights
I blame you for the moonlit nights
When I wonder why
Are the seas still dry
Don't blame this sleeping satellite

Don't blame this sleeping satellite
