KE divisions are not available/shown.

Not sure if WAD or bug, but you can't create divisions for KEs. They would be useful to quickly transfer Minesweeper or ASW KE divs around the globe, or even have them automatically follow your "real" divisions so they don't eat subtorps or mines where they are going.
