0-box only.
Naval air combat.
I think Allies has no anti-air. Otherwise use points to eliminate the AA.
All points to increase the damage done.
Put the first result (X?) on CA Sussex.

Edit: Axis stay.

You keep the file until Allied builds please. I will send you oil instructions for France and Commonwealth shortly.

Make one change to the below screenshot for Commonwealth please. Instead of using the Estevan oil, use the Singapore oil. This should allow you to send the Estevan oil to production so that the Commonwealth achieve 17 BP.

Scrap all losses for France except the 75 AT gun.

Production numbers should be fine for all other Allied powers ( See note above for Commonwealth ).

These instructions should get you through to Allied builds.

Italy wanted to change one oil traded from Germany to be saved instead of being used for production. This could not be done in the final production step (growl). Thus this oil was 'thrown away' due to rounding.

Therefore Italy would like one oil added to Milan.

I suggest that we send save for the preliminary production step so that such things can be avoided.

Edit: Save sent.

Germany installs Vichy France.

How will we handle this? Sending saves back and forth for creating Vichy might, in my humble opinion, create bugs.

We will fix the oil for Italy. Best time to adjust production is during breakdowns. You can also set it during SAS or RTB.

I will create Vichy for you with your best interests in mind.

Modify the trade agreement from Commonwealth to China to just one resource, no oil minimum. If the Allies win initiative, the Allies will move first.

I tired to fix it during the breakdown step. I had the habit of doing it in the Soviet breakdown and that didn't work either. I didn't think of trying it in the other steps you mentioned. I will do so next time. Thank you.

I noticed that Vichy France is hostile to CW. I just want to check if you are aware that Vichy can then DOW CW, and if not, then ask if we should change it.
