Rising Sun, Falling Skies: BTSL Bigred vs John 3rd

Re: Rising Sun, Falling Skies: BTSL Bigred vs John 3rd
44-3-12:
Burma Road is open....finally. John is a tough ground player.
Re: Rising Sun, Falling Skies: BTSL Bigred vs John 3rd
44-3-14:
John Has moved 2 SCTFs forward around Pegu to support ground defense of Pegu. Maybe the only remaining IJN CVTF is in support around Port Blair. Allies have slipped an CVTF into the rear near Sabang. Note the allied CV air attack on an IJN minelaying TF. I now suspect John has placed a ake forward in support of the IJN surface ships as they (IJN) have bombarded Pegu 2 turns in a row while not returning to singers. This turn the IJN bombardment TF caught an allied ground attack at Pegu and prevented a 3-1.

FYI-note the 8" CA shells used to sink all those fast moving AO. That search and destroy about page 29 was "an at all cost" mission.

44-3-21: Kusai Island has been occupied 3 weeks after our big CV battle.
Current objectives are to cut the SLOC for all forward based IJA units in Pacific. CVs have moved past forward IJ airfields.
In Burma allies have just established island recon bases around the mouth of the Strait of Malacca.

44-3-26/27:
Seems sub wars tilt to allies.
On 1st day 40th div is wiped out at Tarawa and picked up without orders by the APA tf on second day. I Talked to John and I voiced my displeasure at the DaBabes invasion caps. Problem in BWTS is when the invasions are delayed into 44 allies dont have time to do repeated small scale invasions of BDE size. The large IJN CV fleet keeps invasions from occuring until destroyed.
It is possible I have not grasped the intricoes of Dababes units and proper utilization. I suspect a mismatch of scenarios
with BWTS and Dababes as in current scenario format. Could just be me the player whinning.
Late in second day Allies are surprised to see a MiniKB off Sinabang.

Just joking but instead of whining, maybe do some wining and relax?
Of course, you could become a little perturbed like this redhead who could do something about and did it.

adjective
uttering a nasal, complaining cry, as from peevishness, discontent, uneasiness, etc.:
If there’s one sound that makes me want to tear my ears off, it’s the sound of a whining tomcat.
Our daughter has grown from a whining child on the first day of playgroup to one who asks to go even on Saturdays.
complaining in a petulant, self-pitying way:
Those whining people who blame everyone and think everyone is against them need to grow up.
Hell yes I am whining , truthfully I admit I am not doing a good island clearing job. So I will work on it.

Also, with this mod with the larger IJN making it harder plus your experienced opponent, you are doing much better than I probably would be doing.
I tried one PBEM in a different game, after a coupe of turns and issues, the person never replied after two months and then wanted to start again. I replied yes but not with you.
But the important thing is to enjoy yourself in a friendly competition.
