New Scenarios - Campaign could not be loaded

I get this error when trying to load a few of the new scenarios.

Campaign could not be loaded: Remember the Maine, Ghosts of the Pacific, Paraguay Under Siege, The Eagle and the Empire, The Conquest of Mexico

These campaigns work fine: Imperial Sunrise, Blood and Iron

Any help?

Have you bought the ACW DLC?

I'm asking as the two you can load were free campaigns, whereas the others are part of the DLC, purchase of which is required to play them.
