New technology consideration for better tech flow with latest beta

With the four techs researched in order to advance to another tech area, it introduces a quagmire such in Machinery which a dead planet would not use three of its tech. While some tech might be shifted to reduce the bottleneck, maybe some useful tech to fill to in some of the gaps to flesh out the tech tree:

Breeder reactors: Invest some limited supply of radioactive to create a low but steady supply of radioactive, possibly new resource, plutonium and tritium, for advanced nuclear weapons

Internet network: Improved QoL, logistics capability, battlefield readiness by reducing paperwork for inventory purpose

Recycling facilities: as the population grows and machines/high technology gets used up, they get sent back to the scrappers to reconstitute into basic metal/rare metal to keep a steady supply

Deep Ground Borers: Enable large machines to reduce IP cost cutting through mountains to reduce IP cost for roads/rails.

Airport Hub: Enables an airport to act as a hub. A larger aircraft, for a cost of its operational range, taking off from a hub can land on a lower level airfield to drop off supplies and return
