Sensor Not Operational

I'm playing a scenario using an SU-24MR Fencer E complete with ELINT Pod, and though most of the sensors appear to be operational the SLAR (RDS-BO Shtik) never appears to be operational, i.e. grayed-out. Is there some particular setting or something that needs to be enabled to be able to make the SLAR operational? I've tried different flight profiles, i.e. Throttle & Altitude, but there is never the option to set the SLAR as Active. There doesn't appear to be anything in the database entry to indicate that there any operational restrictions that need to be met before the SLAR can be Active.

The greyed out look only means its the sensor selected in the window. The SLAR radar is actually responding to radars being turned on and off. You can check by enabling surface radar in map settings. Not sure why the check mark on the individual radar listing isn't coming on.

Also, its very helpful to post a save with the issue set up or at least list the scenario. This saves anyone looking to help the effort from having to build a a test scenario.

edit:Just checked a couple other SLARs and they all have a toggle working for on/off. So its a bug for that specific SLAR. Mods should probably move to tech sub-forum.
