Dialogue Box "Disband Task Force" doesn't work

Hello all,

after it was time to reinstall WITP AE once more (I thought I was clean) I''ve a problem with disbanding Task Forces.
Everything else works fine under Windows 10, all switches set (-fd -cpu2 -multiaudio -px1920 -py1080 -deepColor -skipVideo -altFon), speed is normal, game version is 1.8.11.27.2 - Jul 31 2022

I can do everything in the game, only the "Disband Task Force" dialogue box isn't working. I can't click any of the options, when hovering with my mouse over the screen it doesn't highlight the current selection.
I can however press ESC to return to the Task Force screen.

The screenshot was taken from a test in windowed mode, same error, different resolution. The switches above just work fine.

It works also perfectly fine when I try to disband an air group:

As you can see, the "Yes" is highlighted and there are tooltips on the screen.

I tried several things, including fullscreen and windowed mode, different resolutions, switches, etc.

Hopefully someone knows this issue and can help.

Press "Y"(es) or "N"(o) on the keyboard to either disband or exit.

The disband TF was changed because some people did NOT want to accidentally click the wrong thing and disband the TF, which might the require PP expenditure to select a new leader.

Playing WITP AE for quite some time and never accidentally disbanded a TF, but okay ...
