Division splintering

So this happens repeatedly-for some reason divisions like to splinter in single ships. Which is especially annoying when they have been on manual control, because you now have to set up lead divisions and AI control for every single ship and hope (often in vain) that they will reattach to their lead division.
In this case it was my BC division which out of nowhere splintered.

Btw., it would be really nice to be able to rearrange ships between divisions.

The matchmaker still makes a lot of questionable decisions with the division set up and an option to rearrange the ships would allow us to clean this up.
