Game consistently hangs on scenario

I try to run the attached save file but the game hangs soon after starting it. The game essentially acts as if it is paused even though it is not. Additionally, when I then try to load another scenario or an autosave from the menu (even a small one), it always acts as if it is paused. The menus still work like normal, but the simulation itself seems to have stopped. The only fix is to completely exit the game and restart, but the hang returns as soon as I load this scenario again and let it run for a couple of minutes. I tried creating a save file during the hang, but this caused the entire game to halt (instead of just the simulation). The scenario is large but runs well on my hardware until the hang.

Reproduced this multiple times on Steam Version 1308.7 on Windows OS.

Are you sure about the version? 1308.7?

This is likely to be the same issue as the one reported here : https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 3#p5116123
In this case the problem is fixed for the next version.

But to confirm please provide your exception log.

My apologies, the game version is actually listed as 1328.7. I have attached an exception log from running the previous save file, but I don't see any of the same errors that appeared in the exception logs posted on the thread you linked. The symptoms from that other discussion do sound the same as what I am experiencing, however.

Not sure it'll help, but 1328.8 is the latest version. Might want to try that.
