Invade Netherlands _diplomacy screen scroll

Can not invade the Netherlands in 1940.
Can not get the diplomacy screen to scroll down to the "N"s.

Thanks for any help with this.

Can not get the diplomacy screen to scroll down to the "N"s.

In the Diplomacy screen next to the nations list is an "up-down" button. Click on the down arrow and it will bring up another list in alphabetical order of more minor nations you can declare war on. That next list consists of nations from D to N, so the Netherlands should be in that group. Apparently, the list of nations in this game is so long that it had to be broken up into separate boxes.

You can also use the War Maps screen to declare war. I find that easier.
