Flickering galaxy background.

I get a flickering background. Periodic white flashes. It seems like it's a lightning effect but being applied to he entirety of the galaxy instead of around whatever nebula the lightning is occuring in.

Thanks for posting the video. I've taken a look and if there is an issue I can barely notice it in the video. Do you have another example that's more pronounced at all or do you recall the flashing being more pronounced?

Yes it does get worse that's just a short one I managed to grab when I remembered. I'll reproduce it with actual screen recording shortly.
