Ships from other Empires that fly through your Systems (as far i can see of military type) keep spamming Advisor Suggestions to send a Fleet to investigate, multiple of them at once.

That applies to every ship of a Empire you have no treaty with as far i can see.

This problem is here since day 1...would be nice to fix it already.

You see the advisor wanting send 4 Fleets at once (sometmes they want send even more) to investigate Njarca 1 threats.
Its in my space

If you go here you see a destroyer of Dahyut Inqusition, aEmpire that i had never a war with so far and also now no war, the Lethal Behemoth making a stop for next war jump.

That happens basically all the time everywhere where a military ship of a other e,pire you have no threaty with stops in your space
