Transfer CV planes to land base-Map info

Hiya,

Can transfer CV planes to a land base?

When you click on the CV task force icon on the map show a hex with two planes
in them. What does this mean?

Also, do you have any graphical mods enabled as they may be showing something that is different to the default?
