1.21m Missing supplies without bottleneck/inventory issues

Clearly ammo was missing from the SHQ but food and fuel issues shouldn't happen I think. It apparently didn't request enough supplies. Other units of this OHQ have the same issue.

There's a traffic sign upstream that is blocking all but pull points that wasn't intended there which is something I avoid, I don't know if it could be linked to this. I removed it and the next turn everything was fine.

Rare case. But will be fixed! thanks for reporting. Was due to replacement troops arriving without supplies (due to ammo not being available, shq just said you get no food either)
