We use the points to increase the damage done to the Allied ships.

If we get an X on Allies, then we put it on the CV.

Discovered a bug here. The German attack should be 7:1 +3. The +1 for only Territorials defending is lacking.

Edit: Do we have a policy on how to handle bugs like this?
