Custom Layer Transparency v.1.06 1328.8 Steam

Following update from v.1.05 1307.19 to v.1.06 1328.8 on Steam the transparency on custom layers now displays as black.

I have run the app using both the internal GPU (AMD Radeon) and dedicated GPU (Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050Ti Laptop) both with latest drivers - with the same result.

ah2017, thank you for this report. Would it be possible for you to attach your custom layer (png and pgw) files here?

I have renamed the .pgw files to .txt in order to be able to attach them.

I have only uploaded layers with transparency. There is another base layer which is a rectangle with no transparency which I have not uploaded due to its size (over 10MB)

Order of layers is
Base Layer - Not included
Sicily_4 - Lowest detail
2_Sigonella_13_final
3_Sigonella_15_final
4_Sigonella_17_final - Highest detail

I'm having a very similar issue with layers as well. This is my issue. My issue is with the latest Matrix version v1.06 1328.8. I've added a rar file with the layer files.

Hi Oran42,

Firstly, sorry it has taken so long for me to reply.

1328.9 has greatly improved the situation. There are now no large black areas, however each of the layers has a black line around the border except when the joins are exactly horizontal or vertical. Curved/non-vertical/non-horizontal borders never used to be an issue in 1307.19.

Many thanks for the work so far. It would be good to not have to use just rectangular/square shaped layers if possible please.
