Minor adjustments in Italy, Sardinia, and Libya.

Japan attacks the offending Soviet cavalry in Northern China. No assistance available. Will USSR select blitz, or assault?

I told to JJ during our last impulse that "next impulse we have fine everywhere because I need that in Burma and I have ordered that weather" and we planned land actions to all. He laughed.

That was bad planning, also maybe bad luck.

I deserve fine weather everywhere after that Italian TRS survived all those Helldiver attacks :D
