[1.21m] Upgrading units does not supply the proper ammo

When you manually upgrade/replace a unit with a different ammo type, e.g. ammo vs energy, the new ammo does not get supplies. As a result, the unit is left with zero ammo for the next turn.
Save for reproducing:

1. Upgrade any or all MGs to the new laser model
2. On the next player's turn, try to attack one of the upgraded units

Yes .. supplies have never been delivered with upgrade. Maybe something to improve upon in the future. Adding it to mid term to do list.
