[RESOLVED} Laser guided weapon will not illuminate (1328.7)

Save file provided. Apologies if I'm not formatting this text in the most helpful way but this is my first time submitting one of these despite over 3000 hours in.

Steps to reproduce: Select unit 899th APIB #1. Manual attack on target "Rodvig" (pier). Laser designator is already manually turned on, clear skies, dawn, within range, yet weapon (Kh-25L) will not fire. I have tried various altitudes and ranges unsuccessfully. The laser still won't illuminate, and then I get the "within mnimum range." I don't know what other information would be useful, so please tell me if you need more.

You should probably update to the latest version. I think this was fixed a while ago.

I'm on steam, how can I update beyond the latest Steam version?

Uncheck beta participation and steam should download the latest version 1328.9
