Does this game and its installer work in Windows 10 (64 bits)?

I just installed it on Win10 again a few days ago.
You just need to first install a stable full install (currently v1.23.08) and then run the upgrade installer to v1.25.03.
24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.
