Recon missions snooping my own units

Hi again,

Is it normal that my recon units are "reconing" my own units?

I have seen this multiple times in different scenarios.

The Allies captured Pt. Blair that turn so they must have had troops there. That is what your Recon aircraft were taking pictures of. The Pt. Blair mention means in that hex, not your base.
