Moving submarines?

Rule the Waves III is a simulation of naval ship design and construction, fleet management and naval warfare from 1890 to 1970. and will place you in the role of 'Grand Admiral' of a navy from the time when steam and iron dominated warship design up to the missile age.

Moving submarines?

When I select a sub on the sub page and right-click, I get a choice for "move sub", but when I click on it, nothing seems to appear. Am I doing something wrong? All my subs are on US East Coast and I'd like to send some to Pacific Fleet and some to Asiatic Fleet. At first, I thought this was just because all my subs were Coastal type, but recently I've been building medium-range. Historically, the US did have S type subs in Asiatic Fleet.

Also, how about submarine tenders as a ship type? Enable those short-range subs to operate outside their traditional harbor and coastal role.
