Can you edit trucks/vehicles in a division.Maybe also fuel/ammo/supplies.
I modded the security division into motorized 41 divisions( i know thats cheating but you can really create some pockets with a lot of russians that way) but it is not much use in my
Blitzkrieg.Not enough fuel and trucks at the start.

Yes. When you create a new unit, you have to remember to assign supplies and vehicles to it:
