Error Report: Topic UI and graphics

1. Missing graphic for " Ancient Guardian Development Drone"
2. In Ship Designer top right some text/buttons are overlayed, not readable (GUI setting standard, 1x not scaled)

For the artifact artwork - this is a known issue and should be fixed in the next public beta, so keep your eyes open for that.
