208 BP shown is this turn's production, plus bureaucracy bonus, I didn't verify the bureaucracy bonus but this looks accurate.

However I just finished a BP office, which will add another 150 raw BP. The bureaucracy bonus will go down but it's fair to assume that the BP production will increase more than by 11 BP. I also took this turn a city which should add around 45 BP, so before any bonus/malus it should be around 405 BP.

Unless I misunderstand what you mean, it doesn't say "Next turn BP production" but rather "Next turn BP's", which means the BP that the councils will use for next turn. In other words, this turn's BP production (like it implies in the mouseover by using past tense), but in use for next turn.

It could maybe be stated in some clearer way, but I can't come up with simple alternatives right now. "BP budget for next turn" would be a bit clunky.

Fair enough I didn't consider that it would work like the other resources where there's a one turn delay between production and usage but that makes sense now you mention it.
