North Africa stalemate. Low British supply hurts morale and German panzers dash in and out for attacks. British counter attacks are ineffective. Most likely a highly rated german commander is commanding those units. UK upgrades bombers to knock out Tripoli again next turn. Turkey swing 85% axis and Indian SF move into Egypt to prepare to attack Syria. Indian Corps lands in North Italy to knock morale down, but no trigger for allied units in Italy unfortunately. The Italian destroyer spawns Australian tanks and cuts the convoy. UK will stop attacking the German Corps and instead will just wait and shell it. Some CV provided cover for the Indian AVL, but may be spotted. Fingers crossed the Italian NM hit was worth it.

Barbarossa!! German Units wipe the central and south spawning armies. Lithuania falls. Army Group North is saved by the Baltic states. Interestingly, a German HQ arrives in Finland. I've done this to Elvis before and brought the entire Luftwaffe to Finland and concentrated on taking Leningrad from the North. To counter this, the cities were upgraded with lvl 2 AA, and Siberian armies were transferred. Zhukov defends Smolensk. The Kriegsmarine is out in force, even some MT boats were purchased?! Axis have way to much MPP!!! But, USSR reached IW level 2. Will be a slogfest for the Axis.

In the south, garrisons from the invasion of Poland heroically defend Romanian troops, dying but inflicting casualties on invading. All the panzers are in the South, spotted at least 4 of them.

Russian counter, AT on tank action. German tanks take a heavy hit and retreat. Spurred by the betrayal of the Finns, Russian counter and knock out a Romanian Army. *this* is the first land Casualty of the Axis ALL game!!

Annoyingly, the Ural mines decision event has not triggered and USSR is only collecting 450 MPP, even with Industrial Tech 2. The Russians are lacking manpower and the axis has a unit advantage.

Soviets take heavy losses in Ukraine. British Field Artillery shell the Afrika Korps. The Chinese wall is quiet. German subs run all over Allied Convoy lines. UK and USSR split Persia. USSR had no money to buy troops after upgrades and repairs, only raking in 350 MPP.

Things are grim. USA denies Japan access to oil and bumps to 70% mobilization. UK Carriers move to India for R&R while Indian troops move to Egypt to Invade Syria. Zhukov is attacked by panzers but lives with 1 HP, a miracle. USSR made some blunders in Ukraine defence with Anti-tank out of position. Expecting heavy casualties next turn. Stalin moves the mines to the Urals. OKH has purchased all artillery and is shelling Russian positions.

Allies confused? London or Italy first?? In any event the Kriegsmarine needs to be dealt with first ...

Axis pound in Russia troops and both sides take heavy losses. Panzer battalions are reinforced from the early clashes with Soviet AT crews. Japanese troops prepare to invade Eastern USSR. UK and Britain invade Persia to counter via operation Countenace.

Near Leningrad, German troops are pushing hard and fast before Soviet troops can be upgraded and repaired. Heavy action in North Leningrad as artillery, armies, and panzer corps clash in the city.

In Central Russia, Zhukov defends and wipes a clueless Italian Corps. Must be careful to avoid a total encirclement of Smolensk.

In the south, HQ arrives just in time to command troops. Southern Army Group has a pretty solid defensive line, but lack of MPP means troops are not fully repaired. Allies may have to liberate London just to get the convoy going. The North tip of the defensive column is head by a fortification, but the engineers do not have IW and so will be clapped. By pushing the Germans north, I believe I can extend their Supply line and create some room for maneuver warfare. Purchasing the AT gun every turn one dies is crucial. At this point, Soviets cannot go toe-to-toe and so will have to slowly retreat, but utilize entrenchment bonuses. Two mechanized troops are pulled in reserve and will be upgraded when the German winter hits.

In NA, the "Strategic Bombers" live up to their name and destroy Tripoli port. Allies wipe an Italian garrison, but a german counter attack is probably coming, no doubt. Indian Troops move to Syria to prepare for the inevitable Turkish-German alliance, but like the Great War, the UK will triumph and drive the Ottomans out. The Indian Corps in North Italy was destroyed but accomplished its mission of trolling Elvis and Mussolini.

Montgomery reaches vet 3 again, but is losing troops to command. The Field artillery is the real hero here!! A bit nervous though if the Corps is attacked by the Italians, the panzer may be able to swoop in and wipe. Tough choices. In Africa, Italy finally surrenders and SA troops will head north, either to Syria or Eygypt the high command doesn't know because Allied strategy is non-existant.

Australian corps and tanks have left the island and headed to NA. I assume Elvis will capture Australia and I'd rather have those troops fighting the Germans, than dying to the Japanse. After all, the commonwealth survives.

As predicted, DAK countered and destroyed the British Corps and attacked the field artillery, but it held on with strength 5.
SB refitted for another bombing run on Tripoli. The field artillery countered, destroyed the Italian HQ in the swamp hex, and British troops moved up to protect the wounded field artillery. DAK shifted some units which me-thinks bombers have arrived.

India saves its MPP to purchase an HQ.

The Allies have decided to invade Great Britan and will begin preparations for the endeavor. A limited Torch will happen to draw forces to the South. SA and Indian Troops will attack Turkey, Iraq and Syria and should be able to spar with the Ottomans.

Operation initative has been cancelled. Chinese diplomats swing Greece towards allies to open a balkan front.

In Russia the slaughter continues. Soviet troops re-organize lines but still cannot afford to repurchase units after all the repairs. Industrial Tech 3 hits, which gets Soviets over 500 MPP. Zhukov's heavy tanks destroy yet another Italian Corps. A Romanian Corps is also wiped in the South. Romanian armor is spotted north of Dneiper. Japanese Troops prepare for Vlad conquest. US is ready to rumble and begins production of armor with level 2 hitting. Time! The Allies need time!!

USA reaches 82% mobilization and Japanese AVL are spotted running around the Pacific. Japanese troops close in on Vladivostok. German and Italian subs and surface ships retire back to Europe to fight off the combined Navies of the Allies to protect London and, presumably, to deter Torch.

In NA, level 3 panzers delete another British Corps, but UK receives tank 2 weapons, though no armored warfare. The heroic SB bomb Tripoli and see a Yugoslavian Corps in Port! India still saves money to purchase a 405MPP HQ.

Allies believe that Torch is needed, but may not be able to fight off Italian and German navies at the same time. Maybe, by using Gibraltar to throttle 2 ships per turn, the Allies can split the Axis Navies in the Med and the Atlantic. We shall see, I forget how much Navy the US spawns, but the Axis have been purchasing non-stop. US reaches Industrial Tech 4 so once they join and the oil fields ramp up should have a good MPP output. The issue is the UK makes so little.

In Russia, Soviets catch a breath due to snow. Leningrad holds, but a panzer break across the Karelia and near Archangelsk. May need to shift some AT over there. Dnpeir line still holds, while Russia upgrades and repairs the mechanized infantry. German panzers are not seen, most likely receiving weapons refit for level 3. With snow, it appears the blitz is over, for now, and the Soviets can catch a break until Fall Blau begins in earnest.

British take Iraw, fail to acquire Syria. Turkey and Germany reinforce Syria via the rail line. Tunisia is assaulted by German Troops, opening a port. British army retreats a bit. MacArthur's fast dash for Egypt is almost complete, providing HQ support for incoming USAF. Incredibly poor allied planning leaves undersupplied, no HQ Indian troops, vulnerable. Elvis should operate a panzer Corps in and have a field day. British troops retreat by back to the Holy Land, waiting for US strat bombers to level the crap out of Turkey.

Due to lack of an HQ, USA decides to abort a direct invasion of the British Aisle. Inability to utilizie the AVL strike against British cities confounds the Allied high command. The US of A, angry at being attacked at Pearl, decides to viciously strike at the Irish people to make themselves feel good. A by-product is the AVL get to strike German troops in North Ireland, destroying a Corps and wounding an army. CVL bomb u-boat pens in British docks. A German carrier is spotted providing air cover and destroyers come in close in the Irish Sea.

After the Winter War, it is of PARAMOUNT importance as allies to continue attacking and capturing random enemy capitals as the -5% morale boost will help keep German morale a bit lower and slow the advance into Russia.

In NA, Rommel attacks, British die. Full scale retreat begins. Strat bombers will need to be operated from US. Total breakdown. Torch is cancelled, but will be re-vamped once some more US troops are availabe.

Japanse vacate Pearl. Most likely a bait to get the Carries to come and play. Didn't take it. It's the Furher that needs to be attacked, not Tojo. Only moved out one unit to capture the port in case the Carriers return. No AA on US units they will get slaughtered. I think Elvis should have stayed, pounded Hawaii with carriers. Entire Pacific fleet headed to the Atlantic.
