Except any mistake from me, it might work for both WIE and WAW

I did few changes here and there regarding counter colors, so you may find it better or not
Regarding Minors (Axis and Allied) you will find 2 optional folders in case you want to make some variation with the "mirror" function
here is an example (belgium "switched" is now a different background color VS Netherland)

I am confused, how did you get Blegium and Netherlands to have different color counters but be both Minors for the Allies?

the "option" minor files are splitted into 2 colors
the 1st 6 counters starting from left are for east "facing" and the 6 remainings are for West facing.
If you open with an image editor the allied file you will see the split I mention (Half is olive green other half is tan)
Image
Its obviously an item normally designed for 3D sprites (eg tank driving east or west direction)
So I did tweak this function to add more choice for 2D counter color
it requires some campaign editing for each minor if you want to change minors colors
The important is not to specify a city in the "reflect position" field

I definitely like these new counter colors. My buddy Unfortunate Son helped Lothos modify some of the counters you designed long ago (Which I prefer btw over the stock vanilla NATO, especially the ships). The Soviet Guard, Hvy Pz and German Elite Infantry, plus Marine units were changed. You'll see them on my playthrough with Taxman on YT that's on going.
Elessar also used your counters with his War in the Pacific Mod for WaW. They are great with the ship counters not covering the Sea/Ports/Coastal Hexes for example.
Thx , I have been using the original bitmaps by discovering and playing the MOD, I just notice some NATO symbols where a bit too small in the zoom version, so that was my starting point for "Moding the mod"
Then at same time I decide to give a little fresh-up, since the files were designed few years ago.
I have seen unfortunate son on going mod and it looks really impressive

Thank you, thinking of adding this to the 1.4 Release if you are ok with that?

Subs should not have 'submerged' defense while in a port, it makes them nearly invulnerable.

Cant fix that one, you should report that one to the devs.

Minor visual:
1) Brazilian FTR (not sure about their bombers yet), is using the UK silhouettes and not the USA ones.

2) Suggestion: On the reports main page use a different color blue for France vs. Vichy France. Additionally when you hover over either of the two bars it just says France.

1) Not sure what you mean, can you show me a screenshot?

2) Ok

The Brazilian FTR at FTR tech 2 & 3 looks like a Spitfire (or at least at 3, at 2 it may be another monoplane). US FTRs look like a P-38 (FTR 2) and P-51 (FTR 3) at those tech levels. If you still need a screen shot I can do one on my next turn.

Minors icons are shared accross all minors. Their are no country specific NATO symbols nor Sprites unfortunately. Only the major powers get specific ones.

Regarding "mirroring" function, I did some game play testing.
it seems that orientation is also dynamically changing (by the game engine design) when close to an ennemy unit
So not exactly what I was expecting.........

Sorry for unclear statement
I mean it seems that whatever the setting you choose for mirroring (ticked/unticked), the software may in some case (enemy proximity) change the orientation of the counter, this means that on some occasion (with the option file I made) your counter will change color from Tan to Olive when it is close to an ennemy.
I did some playtesting and see for example that slovakian unit is "pale blue", but as soon it move close to polish troops it turns to "Darkgreen", and back to original color when far enough from combat
I chek the campaign setting and there is no reflection location selected
Maybe just check few turns with the Mod, you might see what I mean

Sounds like a bug, I would report it to the devs on the bug forum.

Lothos,

Please either add a Brazilian HQ or allow the USA HQs to command Brazilian units.

Did Brazilians fight in Europe?

I thought they just helped mainly with ships

They have planes that I wouldn't have built/upgraded if I knew they could not be attached to HQs.
