Changes in Locations Tab NOT Being Saved

I'm trying to make changes in the editor, specifically the locations tab and none of my changes are being saved.

Am I doing something wrong? I've edited scenarios before in WITW but not in WITE2 yet.

I should note a few things:
1 - I changed items on the Main screen
2 - I changed events
3 - I changed the leader of a command
4 - I am currently running version 01.01.07Beta

Note: I upgraded to 01.02.52 but changes to a location isn't saved if I use the old editor and I have no clue how to get the new editor to work.

PLEASE HELP!
