New scenario for testing: Cypriot missile crisis, 1999

On April 29th, 1999, two cargo vessels escorted by a fleet of Greek and Russian warships arrived at the port of Limassol, Cyprus.
The ships were carrying two S-300PMU-1 SAM batteries ordered by the Cypriot government in January 1997.
Turkey had strongly condemned and protested the Cypriot purchase of the SAMs since the beginning, threatening to
blockade the island to prevent the delivery of the weapons. In the two years between the order and delivery, a number of options were proposed, including
stationing the SAMs on the Greek island of Crete. However, all of these proposals were rejected.

After the arrival of the SAMs, the Turkish government issued an ultimatum. They demanded that the missiles be removed before May 21st.
The deadline passed three days ago, last-minute negations have failed, and the Turkish government has decided to remove the missiles by force.



In this scenario you are tasked with conducting a limited strike to destroy the Cypriot S-300PMU-1 batteries.
