Does anyone know if these counters can be used for the Flashpoint Campaigns Red Storm or could they be made?

They should work if the counter images are scaled down to 128x64 to match what Red Storm used for the art. Also, the names of the images would need to be changed to match the names in the Red Storm data files to work.

How can it be reduced to such a small size without losing quality?

It will drop in quality in Red Storm. That's one reason we went bigger in the new game engine. There are some decent programs that do a decent job with reducing images although the color images will be more difficult to scale down.

I copied the files to the .....\Flashpoint Campaigns Southern Storm\Modules\Common directory.

But i didn't see any changes....

What must i do to get it working?

You want to unzip the colored images into the /modules/common/data/common/custom folder. They will be used in place of the default art without overwriting the game data.

When I was last messing around with these (I didn't like the image for the T-55's), is looked like most were pulled from https://tanks-encyclopedia.com/ (Edit: the mod creator literally mentioned this as the source, I'm dumb....). Thanks, yeah that was just a typo. It was more that the MTLB-2 in-game doesn't have a "real world" 1:1 exact match. I got as close as I could... posted in the Cold War section.
