symbol_sprites Mod

During my modding of convoys (and many other things!), I thought to share a quick aesthetic mod regarding the Bitmaps\symbol_sprites.png and symbol_sprites_zoom.png files. Basically, I've added the convoy sprites from SC World War I, but omitting the British and German flags so that any country can use them to highlight convoy routes in WWII World at War and WWII War in Europe.

These modified convoys sprites are visible on the active allied/axis convoy routes, on the inactive (white-lined) routes, as well as on the routes not yet in play. But for them to be visible on the game map for certain areas, the supply.txt script for the merchant shipping red-striped raiding hexes, and the popup.txt script for the green-hexed trigger zones, were edited accordingly.

In addition therefore to the normal convoy sprites, included are likewise two additional convoys sprites: one with green stripes and another one with a red stripes, to highlight convoy routes traversing special sea zone trigger hex boundaries (green stripes) and the other (red stripes) to highlight convoy routes traversing through specific merchant raiding hexes. The convoy sprites can thus be added to the game map via the editor.

In fact, if they're not used, the original files remain intact anyway, though it's always a good idea to back up the original files.

Just add (or replace) the symbol_sprites.png and symbol_sprites_zoom.png files in the Bitmaps folder. For convoys, manually add the convoy sprites (sprite 17 or 18) via the editor, symbol function, along the convoy routes.

For merchant shipping red-hexed raiding areas, the supply.txt must be modified for each red-striped hex location, from [-1.6] to [-1.28], where the appropriate convoy sprite is 28.

For certain green-hex trigger zones where a convoy route passes through, convoy sprite 27 must be used, and the popup.txt must be modified by removing those specific hex locations from the respective trigger areas.
