GRAND TOURNAMENT: Issue

I am having issues with the Grand Tournament under PBEM ++ Tournament it shows [T] Grand Tournament (Turn 1) and there was a file for the first German turn but when I clicked on continue the file went to a black screen and then nothing happened. The file no longer shows up in the list and now I get a crash to desktop every time I try to go to Game Files \Saved Games and Game Files\ incoming Emails as they crash to desktop when I select either of these two options.

Hi, there seems to be no support forum for it, and all three of my opponents have not shown sign of life in any form, shape or fashion yet in the tournament. Anything else I can do?
