Carrier air landing at shore base?

Rule the Waves III is a simulation of naval ship design and construction, fleet management and naval warfare from 1890 to 1970. and will place you in the role of 'Grand Admiral' of a navy from the time when steam and iron dominated warship design up to the missile age.

Carrier air landing at shore base?

I haven't really noticed if this is happening, but if a carrier is operating in the vicinity of a land airbase, it should be able to divert its planes to that base if, as seems to happen way too often in this game, there are enemy ships in or near gun (or missile) range and either turning into the wind would put you closer to the enemy or the carriers actually refuse to turn into the wind.
