Naval guns db location

Quick question for anyone who may know regarding the naval guns in generic data - ground elements - rows 3501-3708. Were these placed in these rows just to be far out of the way or is their location tied to any hard coded rules? Looking to relocate them if possible.

I don't know the answer to that. However, since there's a type Naval Gun that all these units fall into, there should have been no need for Gary to hard code something for these units.
