To the Devs

Rule the Waves III is a simulation of naval ship design and construction, fleet management and naval warfare from 1890 to 1970. and will place you in the role of 'Grand Admiral' of a navy from the time when steam and iron dominated warship design up to the missile age.

To the Devs

The game is excellent, the problem is being able to play it without eye strain for an extended period.
Please allow some form of being able to, at least, darken up the text fonts. Access to the fonts might help in this regard.
Many games that are heavy per texts allow this feature, would be nice if this one did, as well.
The game, also, has issues per UI scaling; but a darker font would be a, simple, viable solution. imho

You can configure GUI background and font colours in the settings.

Hello! A UI/engine overhaul is on our 'wish list', but obviously would be a major undertaking and would take some time, assuming the update plans works out as we would hope.

Yes you can, even in the 'Preferences' file in the main dir if one wants to go that route.
My issue per darkening the text fonts cannot be resolved via either method.
I am, however, working on that via a 'hex editor'. :)
