Unincorporated Zones' Private Assets do not produce Items for you, only for the Private Economy.

I have no issue with private farms production.

Sorry there. Went to fast there seeing all those Private Farms with 0 production my bad. Thanks for correcting me. Will be fixed upcoming open beta patch!
