Dude, if you wanted to quit after seven months of play the least you could do was provide the password to someone willing to take your place.

Hi all,

Both Oleg Mastruko and I had long campaigns going on with him (campaigns were #19 and were several months advanced).

Last we both heard from him was in December 2003 when he wrote to us that he is moving (to Washington I think)...

I can understand if he doesn't wish to continue, but I would like to finish. It was my one and only UV PBEM game, begun back in Mar 2003.
