The system cannot find the path Specified and just went crashed

The system cannot find the path Specified and just went crashed

I bought the game from steam this afternoon and when I click the folder icon in the start new game page it just said cannot find the path Specified and just went crashed, some people said the problem can be solved by added the Scenarios folder but it already existed.
