Looking for an intermediate Axis player for ELO game [CLOSED]

Looking for a player with more or less similar WaW League ranking (win ratio up to around 50 %).
Close games are just more fun than getting sliced into bits and pieces.
Daily turns.
Standard ELO rules +
- no exp farming
- no Italian navy out of Med before DOW
- no early attacks on Japan
