You may want to backup or move your current version of the file called btr.exe to a safe place before installing the public beta.
a. Download the zip file from here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/pzr5ub6o ... yonam&dl=0 and unzip it into the folder where your copy of GGEDBTR is installed.
b. Overwrite btr.exe when prompted to do so.

This public BETA builds off of 1.06.77/1.06.78 beta and fixes the missing recon bug (davidjruss) and the move Rail-Flak bug (Glen Beasley) and the night raid time set issue (johntxic).
also:
1. Fixes some more UI glitches that I found when moving groups.
2. Distance from base to formup is now considered in selecting groups for 2nd missions.
3. Shuttles are not allowed to launch 2nd missions.
4. Added a few more tweaks for the attacker AI.
5. Rail-Flak unit symbols now show up on map during selection for moving.
6. Day-raid start time defaults to sunrise time.
