Great tool for creating, editing your own scenarios, the problem is the manual is not up-to-date. There's things you can do now that you couldn't when it was first released, one such thing is the ME tick box next to name delay on the Locs tab? Things you can do are often scantily covered verging on nothing, e.g. How to use the tools?

There's lots of stuff not covered so is there a more recent manual?

You are referring to the editor manual, correct? If so it was never intended to be updated. But I will look into it....GP

The ME tick box toggles the "monsoon effect" for the base i.e. if checked, the base will suffer the monsoon effects between May 15 and October 15.

Monsoon effects include a 50% reduction of the supply cap of the base and a malus on pilot fatigue and aircraft repair if the air base is level 4 or smaller.
