Assault in China. No other support in USSR attacks except for the aforementioned support in Ukrainian attack.

I think that there has been a bug when performing two port strikes in the same impulse. I hope we avoid it.

Allies find 3-10 Spent points like so. Not using 3 points. Will select the CP for first damage which means the cruiser will have to take the second one.
